It's a shame they removed the online mode though. I used to play that for hours on end.

The online trophies are required to get platinum, so I guess that'll never happen. :lol

I never got the chance to play the online portions way back, how were they?

They were really fun. Each player would be one of the different Ghostbusters - not just the rookie. The gameplay was like story mode but with more maps, powerups, ghosts, etc. I've heard it's still available on Xbox Live but I'm not sure.

Still playing Skyrim, maybe better to post when I actually stop playing it...

Currently working through Rise of the Tomb Raider...very much enjoying it so far. Last week, I went through the first Uncharted game which was enjoyable as well.

I never finished Rise because the game opened up into somewhat of a sandbox open world game later on. I guess I should get to it and be done for.

I've had Rise for over a year and haven't touched it, but open world? Now I feel less inclined to touch it in the future. :lol

Loved the first one, though.

The first one was certainly fast and nicely paced. The second one seems to focus on doing side missions for points, I do feel like it's just busywork to keep players from saying it's the same game as the reboot. It doesn't help that the story isn't engaging to me either.

I'm not saying the game is bad or anything, it's just that maybe I should take some time off in hopes of finding a renewed interest in it. :lol

That's my attitude toward modern games in general these days.

On that note, I just started playing...

I never did finish it back in 2003. I think I made it through the first hour before quitting out of fear. It's time to change that!

I kid you not, I quit FFII in 2004 because I find it too scary! I re bought all 3 games for PS2 and I was thinking of going trough all of them. They really don't make experimental games like these anymore!

I recently bought all three games for my PS2 with the same intention and, no, they don't. Fatal Frame is classic Survival Horror at its finest!

That's awesome. I'm curious to see if these games hold up, do let me know how you find them with the passage of time.

Will do! After having played 2 for about an hour, I can already tell you that the game remains eerie and suspenseful. I'll rate it once I'm finished.

I loved the first tomb raider remake for ps4, i beat it and did every single thing in it. I got the same vibe as you guys did with losing interest in the second one, i was so excited for it and it just wasnt the same game. I just bought the tuact venom x4 which is seriously the best controller if you want to play your console like a pc, ive had every single version of these and had held off on buying the latest one for a while. The reason im mentioning it is now that i have it all the ps4 games i put down and havent beaten have a revived replay with this, its just so much more accurate, fun, and rewarding. The 2nd tomb raider is going to get beaten soon, maybe ill pop it in this long weekend.
