The right age for marriage depends on the person, really. I'm 26 and have seen many of my friends along with some of my past loves get married and move onto that new chapter in life. Sometimes it feels kind of lonely and I'm a little bummed that I haven't found somebody to marry yet or that the girls I've cared for ended up marrying someone else, but if I'm really honest with myself, I'm probably not ready for it yet. I'll know when it's right when the time comes if it ever does. I'd think you'll know when the time is right for you as well.

I am 26 too and alone, and the same thing the girls I cared for ended up having babies with the guy they dated right after me, is like every single of my exes has a baby now, kinda weird, most of them had the baby with the guy they dated after me, coincidence?

Sometimes it just running up a ton of bills you didn't know about and taking off and leaving you stuck with them. I knew one woman who was divorced for over a year and she had to pay off her husband debt and her name wasn't even on it.

You moving in to their house when you marry. Your name on nothing means you get nothing.

The laws are different in every state. It depends on the laws, the judge, and how good your lawyer is, and if you can afford one to begin with.

I just know how it is in Ohio.

I always knew about divorces where the woman took stuff like the house or cars or stuff, and how the guy has to give them a check every month,
but I guess there are cases like you said, that sucks

Nope, doesn't work that way. Most of the time the once a month check is child support.

Here in Ohio very few women get alimony, and that stops when they get married again or get a job or better job. Usually guys who make alot of money have to pay it.

I personally don't know any woman that gets alimony.

And don't go by what celebrities get because that's a whole other ballgame.

no I wasn't thinking about celebrities, I know a woman that gets alimony, plus the child support,
and I know of divorced people that had their house sold to split the money and stuff like that,

This question comes in our mind once in a while here r so many collectors who r all-ready Married. Well My parents also asking me when i m going to married. I m 25 & I think i m not ready yet, so I m asking all of you what is riGht age to get Married??

If you get married....kiss your statue collecting good bye (especially if you buy female statues). You will not have any disposable income. You will most likely be dead earlier then your wife. Which may be a good thing because the nagging will stop If you get married start praying

I got married at 25 and am happy that I did. And, unlike the post above mine says - ironically, I guess, not speaking from own experience perhaps? - my collecting didn't stop. I've actually gotten 2 Premium Formats as gifts from my wife and a handful of smaller items, including 1/6 figures and other statues.

I don't think there is a right age, thats the wrong way to put it,
I say, if you can date someone for 5 years, or even move in together and have a good healthy relationship, marriage could be good, but a lot of people have dated for a year or 2 and have never lived together and jump into a marriage, that's not good
I mean, a lot of people do it, I know, Im just thinking, why rush it
