i'll have to go with Abomination as well...first viewed this piece at my LCS and i couldn't get over the size of it...it truly is massive
incredible detail on this as well and the "Kirby" shorts are killer imho

ended up buying the Ex from my LCS and the owner said he had to go to his warehouse to get the box because it was too big to keep at the store..i remember thinking to myself that it can't be that big
man was i wrong :lol
once we got him packed up we both carried him out to the car (i drive an HHR)...i put the back seat down and opened up the rear hatch...it barely fit

i've placed him up high (over my computer) in the office...when friends come over they're eyes are automatically drawn to him first
one of the pieces i own that i know i will never sell...love it too much

imho, a must have for anyone's collection :)

a couple of quick pics...

Nice collection mate, wow. :)

Have the Thing myself and it is indeed huge and impressive. Always keep swapping his heads, both are awesome.
Also have the Cyclops PF someone mentioned. I can understand the hate for the Ex sculpt, but to me it is a perfect representation of the 90's cartoon Cyke. I am biased though, he is my fav character.

I also believe the TMNT Donatello Com deserves more credit. That piece is really cool, sold off the others in the series but will never sell Don. Look at that face (not my pic).

I bought the wife Donatello as well as The Thing.
Get her hooked then it's easier to get what I want :hi5:

Interesting topic.

I would vote for these two on the right from my collection:

People have already mention the regular cyclops pf (the ex portrait is terrible so why bother) but no one has really mentioned Emma. If you like the comic look and interpretation of J Scott Campbells art (which I presume some people do from the interest in MJ) she is an absolute steal at the moment. Avoiding the portrait for the moment, she is well sculpted with a dynamic pose on a small detailed base (perfect to cram together with other xmen to produce that 1/4 scale dio effect, as I have in the photo).

Her costume is incredible and very well done. I believe if she had had a "regular" pretty blond portrait on she would be VERY, VERY popular and would be regarded as the best Emma Frost. As it is, in hand, the makeup is nowhere near as dark as many imply. In real life mine has very light blue eye makeup on, which can easily be seen because she actually looks slightly down. Unfortunately because of the comic nature of this portrait I find it very hard to light this for my camera to show it.

In case you cant tell, I like her lol!

At the end of the day both of these pfs are currently cheaper than many a Bowen piece but are much larger, complex (Cyclops has light up features ffs), IMO better painted and so I regard them as absolute bargains that really enhance an x-men collection.

If it was about another 2" wider, it wouldn't have went through my from door :lol
wow.... like i said biggest ever :lol

I believe the Beserker 1:1 doesn't fit through most peoples front door :horror :panic:
:horror probably already said this..... i'm going to buy a shed just for boxes don't know when but it has to happen :slap money i would rather spend on the next collectible :lol

Thanks. Yes he's from madxcollector and replaced the sideshow ex. A pf that is overvalued in my opinion lol.

Yep I'm familiar with his work. I purchased my enraged superman from him. Wasn't very pleased with the paint app for the price. He worked with me on a partial refund but nobody wants to deal with paint issues on an expensive custom sculpt like this. Left somewhat of a sour taste in my mouth. I'm a much bigger fan of customcollector aka the real juggernaut. He's made a nice run of customs recently with resin pieces and although they are still commanding a higher price tag (shipping from the phillipenes is the majority of the cost) he really takes care of his customers and I have the utmost confidence in his quality and execution. Most recently waiting on a custom hulk to be shipped to add to my avengers A base lineup.

Yeh, had the Blade myself.
Really cool, the light up was very well done, but I don't miss it either.
Just didn't fit in with anything else.

No particular order, but here's my two sense.

Daredevil comi (perched on tombstone) (a super sculpt, period.)

Thor vs Loki dio (love it!)

both Xmen vs Sent dios 2 & 3 (not bad on their own, but fit really well as a group)

Blade vs Dracula dio (Details galore, great extras, good action, still a mystery to me.:dunno

Yeah I had to bring The Berserker through the garage. Abomination just barely fit through the front door. I thought a Kia was being delivered when I got him though.
