How? I spent half an hour last night looking for the "opt out" or anything that would allow me to go back to the old style. In fact, I couldn't even find the preferences for the site itself anymore. It's like eBay has deliberately made it very difficult to change the way they want you to see it.

I'm on Vista at work and its fine, old style. But my Windows 7 computer at home has the change with no apparent way to go back. I did read somewhere on the site that yesterday there would be changes coming to eBay over the next several weeks.

No, smarty. Some people obviously have not been hit with the "new look" but if you get it you'll see that they've done away with the auction date and time.

There's stuff that's good about it: bigger pics, information better arranged in some cases... BUT like all things it will take some time to get used to.

Exactly what I was referring to. Or indeed a boss coming in and making all sorts of unnecessary and in some cases stupid rules just to put their stamp on things.

My other half told me shes not allowed to wear a jacket in work now under the new boss. She works in a pharmacy just inside the entrance of a supermarket complex, it has no walls or doors, so shes going to freeze her arse off in the winter. And for what? Who gives a flying **** if the staff aren't all uniformly dressed in their white shirts? Whats the problem with them all being uniformly dressed in a black jacket on top of the shirt? There shouldn't be a problem in any logical world. Just a needless rule so the boss feels like hes the boss.

I'll do that when I get home. My work computer is fine and remains in the old format. My new computer at home for some reason gets all the changes ebay tests.... I'm like an unwilling beta-tester!
