What is up with SideShow Customer Service???

Have anyone tried to contact SideShow customer service latelly? I contacted them last Monday and they asked me to wait 5 days that someone would contact me regarding Carnage arm. It has been 5 days, nobody contacted me, I called again last night at least 10 times and got no answer, left a message with all my info(name, phone number, order and product) and still have not heard back from them. I have been trying all day long and left at least 3 messages today with all the info AGAiN and still no contact back!!!
Damn! What is going on?

Sideshow basically went out of business, like, 6 months ago. Their HQ was crushed by a giant GI Joe statue. Sorry you missed the news.

What?! I always use "fail" when contacting Sideshow. Sometimes I call them just to say "pass."

Seriously guys. I wasn't rude at all and just explained the problem with the piece and they said they would contact me in 5 business days. That was last Monday. Yesterday I tried to contact them and left a message just explaining all I said above and left my phone number, order number, name and e-mail and asked them to please contact me back. That was it. I tried again today and still no luck. That is the reason I came here and asked fellow collectors if they are having problems to contact them.

Thanks Dusty and all the freaks. I finally got through and the problem is that they only have one staff member on returns now as the 2nd one is sick. Everything is good and I am sending pictures of the defective piece to them.

Common sense would tell you that they just finished giving away hundreds of prizes with Spooktacular and that in addition to shipping these out, they have a whole slew of regular processing orders to deal with. Also, did you give them 5 working days? Or include weekend days in that. They're closed Saturday and Sunday.

Everything is all right now but as you are talking about common sense stuff I contact them on Monday 8th and they told me that WITHIN 5 business days they would contact me back. So I waited Tuesday, wednesday, Thursday, Friday and just TRIED to contact them again by the end of this Monday 15th in the afternoon.
