Since I'm ready for a tornado...I just follow Graham's Survival Guide...
Funny you mention this, just spent a couple hours making a list of survival items last night. After reading The Road, this new attitude of preparedness struck me. I may even go as far as getting a shelter built someday. No harm in being overly equipped.
I've got my stuff for zombies....
1. AR 15 and 1000 rounds of ammo --- Check!!
2. AK 47 and 1000 rounds of ammo --- Check!!
3. Taurus .410 Revolver and ammo --- Check!!!
4. Kimber 1911 and ammo --- Check!!!
5. K98 and hunting scope and ammo --- Check!!!
6. Food, water for 3 months ---Check!!!
7. Fatigues, tents, boots ---Check!!!
8. Knives, bow and arrow, shurikens ---Check!!!
9. Reading material ---Check!!!
10. Condoms ---Check!!!
Honestly, I won't survive it, so I'm not going to prepare or worry about it.
My friend at work says that if a meteor or something strikes the earth and causes chaos, she wants to be standing right under it. She says why bother as well.
I figure if I do survive it, I'm pretty much doomed anyway. Being by myself, I'm a sitting duck. Can't kill them all!
Don't forget Batty's toilet paper.
You'll all be screwed if you don't have toilet paper.
I have extra rolls of toilet paper. What else do you need?
And did you end up with the weirdo chick?
Duct tape, reminds me of a funny story.....
Once, in high school I duct taped a kids butt cheeks together and got saturday detention for it. It sucked, but while in detention I met some pretty cool people: a trouble maker, a nerd, a princess, and this really weirdo chick, I guess you could say I was the jock. Probably the best part of the day was when we danced our hearts out in the library.
Yeah, it was pretty crazy.
