Crash - when Matt Dillon's character tries to save the lady in the car.

Braveheart - when he yells "Freedom"

Gattaca - can't watch that movie again, although the soundtrack is AWESOME

Ghost

I agree with Forrest Gump and Click when the father dies

Forrest Gump, The Green Mile, and the ending to Toy Story 3 are the ones right off the top of my head. Several others mentioned the ending to The Mist and I agree as well. That was one of, if not the most uncomfortable, depressing, and brutal endings I've ever watched.

Also, not movie-related but The Walking Dead gets to me a lot. I tear up everytime I watch the scene as Sophia emerges from the barn. Dale's death scene is also hard to watch. And, of course, Lori and T-Dog's deaths, as well as Rick's reaction to her death, had me tearing up this season. I never thought I'd cry when they killed her off seeing as how I didn't like her character at all, but yeah, I did, lol.

Damn I forgot about Ghost. Definite tearjerker movie.

Rocky screaming for Adrian at the end of Rocky
Luke and Leia sorting out thier relationship in Return of the Jedi
Mary Jane realizing after kissing Peter at the cemetary that he is Spider-man
Captain Dan on the shrimp boat thanking Forrest for saving his life.
Tommy Lee Jones finally getting to the moon in Space Cowboys.
Ed Harris trying to revive Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio in The Abyss
Pretty much any Disney movie

I already chimed in earlier but I came back to this thread to mention the scene in Castaway when Tom Hank's character Chuck wakes up on his makeshift raft to realize that "Wilson" has fallen into the ocean and after a desperate but futile attempt to rescue him he openly grieves for the loss of his companion.

The two children reuniting with their Mother in The Two Towers

Sam saying "don't you know your Sam"

The Rohirim riding to meet the Uruks at Helms Deep.

The LOTR trilogy is probably the most teary eyed movies ever

Return of the King when Sam, Frodo, Pippin, and Merry are drinking with each other at the Green Dragon (or wherever), and Sam gets the courage to ask out Rosie Cotton..then it skips to their marriage.
Music in those scenes is great also.

Hatchi-A Dog's Tale.

If this film doesn't make you misty multiple times, you have no soul.
