what's the next grail?

I think the Spider-Man PF has the potential to be a grail, it wasn't that respected when it came out took forever to sell out, first initial sellings were rockbottom on eBay (bought mine for under $200) and its surge lately has me wondering.

it could start fetching some pretty high prices, especially when you consider the fact that they're pretty rare on ebay and get bought up almost instantly when they do surface.

i'm predicting the spidey will be bringing 750.00 by the end of the year and possibly 1k by this time in 2009. the exclusive wolverine comiquette will be pushing the thousand dollar mark by christmas no problem.

i'm thinking that the more people start jumping on the marvel pf bandwagon, the higher they're all going to go... even the green goblin. though i did see one end for pretty cheap, 316.xx i believe.

Of the pieces not out yet....I say the Thor Ex. has the most grail potential.
Out of the ones that are already out....Wolverine vs Sabertooth is the closest. I also think the Lord of Darkness Exc. will sneak up to be a grail. Once they all find a home people will be kicking them selves for selling them.

Man, this is crazy how these things just fluctuate and explode in price! After readin all the hype about the PF spider man, I ended up putting my exclusive PF Spidey back in the box for preservation I got #90/500

For me the only Spidey is the 1:1 Bust..

I had The CLasic and Neg zone.. Clasic was best, but there is no way around the pooping pose and weird poly/cloth combo.. Was not worthy of my collection.,

Well to each their own.... But I agree that the symbol on the back is pretty cheesy. But what I liked most about this statue, as weird as it may sound, was the base! I love any kind of scenery that represents the city (the gutter drain, the aged and weathered cement and brick, etc) It's just really cool to me. But I'm not a huge fan of the Spidey 1:1 bust.... The eyes look SUPER weird, and they hang SO low and look WAY too big for his face... But either way, I think they're all good in their own respect...

Sideshow needs do another spiderman PF. The current one is just too stiff and the pose is quite bad. I want a Spiderman PF that is more agile and acrobatic, which is true to his character. Sideshow also better change the costuming.

The current Spiderman PF has too stiff of a pose. Also, the clothing and poly really don't mesh well together. Plus, the colors on the costume are off. I thought I wanted it again but then I realized that I really just want to wait for a better Spiderman PF to be made. It will happen too. Sideshow loves Spidey because he sells so well and one done in a killer pose by the gore group would definitely sell out.
