That's the problem. I can't figure out how to burn them. I don't have a blue ray burner

You will want to burn them on a Dual Layer DVD (use Verbatim); a BluRay burner is not necessary but you will need a BluRay player as the format does not seem to be recognized by DVD players. And not all BluRay players play AVCHD files, so you'll want to make sure yours does or you might be disappointed.

Got the Clone Captain in today... another great job from Sideshow! Now I just need Gree and I'll have completed my master plan

Looks like a re-release of the one from a few years back... if so its around 15" or so. A pretty cool figure, although there is a version that's colors match the movie pretty well.
