Help Support Collector Freaks Forum:
After being pleasantly surprised with the two Premium DNA Battletoads that I finally opened, I predictably went overboard and picked up the rest of the line via BBTS's markdown. They are not without their flaws, but I am overall very happy to have Battletoads in any capacity. Now if only everyone could get their $ back from that Megalopolis debacle then it would help with my owner's guilt
The bosses are HUGE. The largest (General Slaughter) reminds me of the old Inhumanoids XL figures from way back.
FYI: You can remove Rash's glasses (and his belt) to complete that "cracked-out look" that they have going with this line
Still waiting on a Wave 2 (Pimple, Dark Queen, etc.).

I was really eyeing these when I saw them up on BBTS. They look really great too. I just didn't feel good pulling the plug after I read about their previous venture (with Megalopolis). But those pictures really do make me want to. They'd probably look great in some sort of level themed display.
I don't often buy six-inch figures with visible joints and dodgy likenesses.
But when I do, it's because it features DEDRA f'n MEERO!
I can feel productivity increasing around here already
She even comes with a datapad for action briefings.

Arrived monday. Looks MIGHTY. I didn't remove the protective wraping on his hammer because it will go back to its box. I don't have any place to display it... That doesn't stop me from getting new statues though...

My goodness I'm in love with this! Pretty wild retro-actively learning about Chronicle Studios demise and the controversy surrounding the paint job on this item. My family and I can't take our eyes of this girl!

I removed most of the padding from Yelena to fit her in the Batmobile, otherwise those legs barley went up enough to have her sit down (I'm sure it's possible without mods, but patient is something I never learned
)Fennec doesn't really have any torso bend for some reason, but still leans on the chair ok. Thankfully it's above my bed, so if she falls it's a soft landing (unless I'm sleeping, then I'm gonna jump through my roof scared at what hit me

Picked up Mikey, Raph and Donnie to complete the team with my existing Leo for my custom display. I'm blown away by the quality of these figures. Just legendary stuff from NECA.
This setup is constantly catching my eye; it's above the cupboards in my kitchen, hence the overzealous use of poster putty under their feet lol. Can't see the putty from normal viewing angles, but I need to tidy that up!
