And this might sound craaaazy, but I'd buy it in a heartbeat ...

To scale with the other PFs! So he'd be about three feet tall! With a tattered fabric cape and nasty mace! Perhaps the exclusive could be a switch-out hand holding his sword (which didn't appear in the finished film). I got a look at that sword at the New Line traveling museum exhibit in Boston several years back. It's WAAAY cool!
