I really wish people would stop showing that picture, it's concept art...

The T-700s almost look identical to T-800 endos, but they have a rough finish and metal teeth because they are basic footsoldiers and not designed to have flesh cover them...

Kyle and John could have easily been mistaken as the endos are near identical and they weren't exactly gonna hang around to check...

That half endo that attacks John near the downed helicopter is a T-600...

Yeah I was thinking that the T-700 looked like a T-800 with a rough finish...

Hi,

I was realy disappointed in terms of the T-700 and T-800 production factory.

I thought that those famous directors use the original information shown in the Terminator 2 trailer (and the DVD) released a few years ago.

The T-800 where finished with a blue laser scan(?) over the whole endo and then the tissue generator with the 2 forms where Arnie came out to say "I'll be back!".
On the DVD of Terminator 2 the "service mode connectors" of the terminator T-800 was clearly shown: The T-800 head was clamped between two big connectors on the left and right side.

I wished they use a more futuristic factory in Terminator 4 like it was told in the original movies 1 and 2.

Let's hope for it on Terminator 5 and 6 ...

What I heard happened was that in the script, they were originally T-700's, but late in production they decided to skip the 700's and just make a tiny adjustment in the script to have them be 800's, so in the movie they go to investigate the T-800's or something like that, so all the non-T-600 ones were T-800's... They made the change too late for any of the toy companies to follow, so they all remained "T-700's"
