Which Hulk Pf are YOU getting!?

Gray, not liking what I see of the green so far. I really want a green as I still don't have a one yet. If there was a modern head sculpt instead of the Kirby, I'd be getting the green for sure.

Want green. I even like the Kirby head, not crazy with the other one.
Grey looks great. I thought there may be a chance the grey might turn out looking good.

Hmmmmmm I don't think so... Granted I would not buy it but I don't like busts. It's better then the SS Hulk TMNT bust.

But it is nowhere near as nice as the new Kirby Green and Grey or either Red Hulk sculpts.

If by terrible you mean that it would look awful on these new PFs then, yes I agree with you 100%. But as it is I don't think it's too bad.

It's a classic Kirby Hulk bust. Of course it's not going to fit with these new steroid-induced looking, out-of-whack Hulk bodies. And "nowhere near as nice"...are you kidding me??

Like I figured, their heads are all ridiculously too small. Modern comics "Pinhead" look that started in the late 80's- early 90's.

Nope. Small head Hulk goes all the way back to the early 70's.

The original is superior to these IMO, so I'll just stick with that one.

I'm inclined to agree with regard to the green, but I think this current grey makes the old one obsolete.

I'll be getting the green for sure as I still need a green hulk in my collection (other than the Gladiator hulk that's on PO as well). I own the Grey hulk PF but this grey version looks too good to pass up especially if it comes with the shredded orange shirt.

Passing on the red as I'm happy with the rulk comiquette. Pose on the com suits rulk best, IMO....

I've always toiled with what hulk version to add to my collection as I only strictly collect Marvel things. Dabbled with the Avengers Hulk, RHulk Comi and various Bowen ones, but never got round to adding one. So now with these coming out I will definitely be preordering all 3 starting with Mr Rhulk this coming Thursday!

I've never understood the obsession with any grey version. Didn't he only appear as grey in the 1st issue of the comic? What's the big deal about it? People act like grey is somehow THE iconic version........I don't get it. I'm not criticizing, but I just don't get preferring grey over green.

Why does anyone ever choose one look for a character over another? Personal preference. The end.

Hulk was grey in the first issue so there's the historical significance (no different than Captain America's half cowl and kite shield that only appeared in his debut issue) plus he was grey in every issue from 1986 to 1991, a huge run. So obviously if you were partial to any of those stories for more than half a decade grey would have that appeal as well.

Plus there's the fact that the grey is NOT iconic, just the opposite. He's truly a niche version of the character that speaks of the aforementioned historical significance and typically just a deeper understanding and knowledge of the character. Case in point your post: You've owned a Hulk PF for years and apparently never knew that the very character you spent hundreds of dollars on was grey for dozens and dozens of issues spread out over years.

The Grey Hulk is almost a different character. Looks different, keeps his intelligence in Hulk form, transforms at night instead of when mad and so forth. He makes for a great conversation piece to both non-fans and collectors alike.

I was under the impression that anyone saying they prefered the Grey over Green was in relation to these statues and not as a character.
Surely as a character it's Green every time for everyone.
