Which Lines Aragorn looks better, Sideshow or Weta?

Definitely Sideshow.....definitely. Especially the PF...that is almost spot on identical to Viggo.

Yea, I would agree with the PF, even though I don't think any of them really look like Viggo. He's got an odd look that is hard to capture. If he had a gigantic forehead, then the Cinemaquette would have captured that

yes if it wasn't for the gigantic forehead, the Cinemaquette was a very good likeness....but I still like the PF more....the pose, the look on his face....this is Aragorn...in my mind anyway.

Everyone knows the PF Aragorn is best, although personally I prefer the Elessar statue, but I prefer statues anyway. I just hope this thread doesn't turn into yet ANOTHER Sideshow vs Weta slag-fest

yep. shame. that was the CM i've wanted the most, but what a noggin! actually i did see a pic recently that looked like either CM or the buyer had done some work to Viggo's forhead and added in some hair or something making his hairline much better and fo-head smaller. think i saw it at Statue Forum but can't find the pic anymore. anyone have that pic?

Agree with Frodo Eyes -- I hope we can stay friendly on this.

I have to give top spot to SS's Aragorn PF, even though I don't have it in hand yet. #2 spot goes to GG's bust, and #3 goes to the SS/Weta bust. But ya know, there's some very good elements of resemblance to all of the likenesses -- matter of lighting and angles.

Yea, if the forehead was fixed, CM would be the best.

I think the GG runs a close second, but SS's PF definitely the best.

Sideshow's PF is the best, followed by the GG Bust. After that I would say the Weta Elessar statue.

The Sideshow PF and NECA's Epic Scale figure are teh bestest. They look just like him.

Everyone seems to forget about NECA's version.

The WETA Aragorn statue is an awful likeness IMO. Never did understand why it goes for $800+
