the headsculpt is among the best around IMHO.

Fair enough. The only things you won't get with the Minigun figure are the iconic shotgun and sunglasses...oh and gloveless hands. But otherwise he looks like quite a kitted out figure. I'm surprised actually how much they're packing with that figure compared to the others.

The NECA T-800 "Pescadero Escape" figure is better than both. Its from the same series as the Man or Machine figure. If you only get one, get that one.

Heres some crappy pics of my Man or machine custom. I wasn't quite happy with the endoskeleton arm - there was far too much blood on it and the 'metal' that you could see was a very drab colour, not like the metallic colour of the actual T-800 endoskeleton figure from NECA. So I took the forearm from a NECA endo and then dissected&reconstituted a hand from a McFarlane endo, added some McFarlane wiring too. Then I painted on some blood. I also retained all the articulation. I think its pretty good, although I did make the hand a tiny bit on the large side but this isn't that noticeable in person.

Wish I had the patience and skill to repaint his face though. It looks awful in these pics.

It doesn't seem so bad in person. And I seem to remember the McFarlane T3 figures having problems with the eyes aswell - they all looked pretty crap apparently. I never found any though.
