Easy peazy. TWS, IW, and EG.

Though if I had to pick *one* and only one MCU film to ever watch in the future (out of the entire run of films) it'd probably be TFA. Not the most epic by any means but I still find it to be a both exciting and endearing self-contained origin story between my favorite superhero and his most iconic villain.
