I think that R_R_X once said that a figure of Lar* won’t sell as excepted.
And in addition, there are already some versions and accessories of Lar* in the market.
In the other hand, I saw a lot of people who are interesting in Alo* figure and R_R_X mentioned that too.
Despite her very complicated look, the demand for Alo* figure is huge.
She is very popular but there is nothing of her currently in the market except some very expensive statues, so, it’s more than worth a shot.
But, I do hope to see a decent Lar* too, in one of the days.
She is absolutely amazing.

I think, to truly assess the popularity of a character, you do have to look outside their respective fandoms. If their appeal does stretch outside clusters of obsessive fans then it may stand a chance of being made. If something has real mass appeal then it would get made. More modern movies and games do seem restricted to their core fanbases, and I get that you would have to appease them, but, once you have, will you have shifted enough units to make a big profit!?

I believe this is part of why HT are so expensive, they appeal soleley to these fandoms but have to make money while doing so.

Thanks for you response, humour aside I don't think Aloe Vera is more popular than Lara. Lara has a huge fandom, maybe not on these forums but there are many many collectors and just fans who will buy a good looking figure in a heartbeat,I'd buy 5 or 6 or more,there are none on the market unfortunately.Every single one released looks just plain bad. I believe majority of the ppl never heard about Aloe,while everyone knows Lara. Lara was a first 3D female protagonist who started it all so I hope someone makes a good looking classic Lara figure.

The thing is most Lara fans already bought at least one of the many offerings that've come out in the past, bad or not she's had a ton of figures and statues of her and I hear there's more on the way, meanwhile characters like Aloe have zero figures and only overpriced statues, and her games are more popular at the moment, her design is also just really cool, there's untapped potential in a figure of her and I think fans of Aloe deserve a figure of her too.

Is Tomb Raider even that popular anymore? The recent trilogy was good but it never had much buzz around it and I never heard anyone talking about Tomb Raider these days.

Forgot to mention my man Nathan Drake, I have the CCToys version but it just doesn't cut it.
I actually have an autographed print of this same image by Nolan North himself, I imagine it would look a whole lot cooler next to a proper Nate figure.

They made an elite knight set? I'd still probably grab that if they made it, I really want the faraam set as a figure, but nobody's made it.

There isn't any classic Lara figure from the games... Reboot Lara looks nothing like her,so does her wonky figures.
