Who has a kid under 15 on xbox live?

I think it's fine for kids to play XBL but they shouldn't be allowed to have mics

Unless I am playing with the Brotherhood I don't even use my mic much on live. I get sick of hearing white kids from the 'burbs use the "N" word trying to act cool. That and getting cursed out by 10 year olds because I killed one of them gets old too.

The true problem is that parents get their kids an xbox and then let them go off and play with no guidance. My son plays while we are home and we control how long he plays. If he gets to hype then he knows he is going to get shut down. That is the great thing about a wireless network, If he is on punishment then bam his connection gets cut. I can cut him off instantly.
