I can definitely see this being my favorite piece in my collection as well. That says a lot coming from a guy who has the 1:1 T-800 Arnold bust by Stan Winston Studios, and the 1/4 Hulk, Captain America, and Green Goblin PFs which I love and admire so much.

I know this maybe asking a lot, but could you take rear shots of the statue, and also some close up shots of the base. I love how even the base has so much bloody detail. Oh man, I feel so bad for ordering the SDCC Babysitter now because if it weren't for her, I would have this statue on Friday! But SideShow is being considerate and shipping them both together when she comes out so I can save on shipping. Man, it's going to be a long wait, especially after seeing your kick-arse pictures!!!

Thanks for the comps on the pics bro! I wish I could take some more for you guys right now, but it's a no go at the moment. I've got it all boxed back up already and I'm about to chill with the wife for a bit.

I can easily survive 105 Degree weather. Being lean helps for those hot sweltering Summer months. Sucks for those long Canadian Winters though.

The box is massive bro. Bigger than any PF I own (don't have Hulk or Thing though, so don't know about those). I have all the dios except X-Men Vs Sentinel 1 & 3, and this box is much bigger than any other dio box I have (including the X-Men Vs Sent 2 that I bought from you!).

The wings are separate, but one piece. SSC really did a great job of placing all the parts in the styrofoam too, it goes back in the box surprisingly easy and seals back up completely!

They feel like polystone, and they actually don't feel very fragile at all! The most fragile part is probably the sword sticking out of the dead vampire on the stairs (thin plastic)

I wouldn't be surprised if this piece is fragile. With the amount of detail, one has to think you would take a hit somewhere, and in this case, that could be in the construction department. Wherever I display it, I am making certain it's free from grabbing hands. All my friends do, be it women or men, they all want to touch my new pieces. I hate it. I even tell them, "NO TOUCHING", yet they ignore and need to feel something that is obvious in sense of touch. It's polystone fools. It's no different from the dozen or so other statues you guys had to finger up. I am going to start having to use some laser system... get close and you get burned.

Funny that you say that, because the parts where I felt this piece would be the most fragile was the swords and stakes sticking out of the charred vampires.

I love the wings as well, they look transparent, just like how bats wings should look, it's as if light is passing through them. Sideshow did a great job on this piece.

I am the same way. I only collect PFs, 1:1 busts, and 1:6 Hot Toy figures now. This dio is the exception. Love Blade and Dracula. If you saw my collection you would understand why I have so much love for this piece. Plus, it's the best looking dio that SideShow has put out. I would get it. Awesome execution. Very low ES... 400 exclusives and 500 regulars = 900 total. Light up feature. Did you see the pics? The Gore group hit a grand slam out of the ball park with this one.

Normally I am not one to egg people on to buy certain collectibles, but in this case I can't help it. Those guys did such a great job!
