Well, since my previous post disappeared, I'll try again.

Although all three (or four, if you count Rosie) of the prominent women from the films have their own unique beauty, my vote goes to Arwen. There is just something almost haunting about the way Liv Tyler portrayed the character. Here is one of my favorite stills from ROTK:

If were talking about them solely from their characters in the films then i would say the order is Arwen,Eowyn then Galadriel.
In real life they all have something nice about them in totally different ways but id probably give my nod to Cate.

Y'know . . in the LOTR books, I've always had a fascination to Arwen. When the movies came out, I found Eowyn's character and portrayal spunky (and I found Miranda Otto downright cute). But . . .as someone else had pointed out, I'd ride all three or four of them.
