Those heads are produced by Dollsfigures. They are designed to fit on Cy Girl and Triad bodies.

Don't know what that first one is, but the second(in the silver jumpsuit) is another repainted Cy-girl,Motoko Ksinagi. The original color scheme has reddish eyes and blue hair. Any Cy-Girl is going to run you some serious bread;the older ones are getting scarce(and therefore expensive) and the newer ones are just expensive...PS
