Who will be ordering the Leonidas PF?

I watched the movie again on DVD last night and although I really like to movie I'm still not sure if I want a +$250,- PF of it.
I'll make up my mind when the pre-order is up.

I will order and keep. I assume most will order and cancel just like every other statue. This won't be a graill or a piece to flip. So there will be alot of cancelations. Once the shipping notice comes will be hearing I canceled too much stuff coming, too much out there, what a cycle.

Hmmmmmmmm.....now there's a thought.

For quite some time now I have been digging at the roots of my mind and soul trying to figure out the cause/effect of why I like this statue so much.
is this is how the “perfect” statue is supposed to look?

I ask this because 300 has such an effect on me, more so then the pics of the statue.

Here are 10 good reasons why 300 rocks ass: and why this statue is hot

10. Close-up scenes of men stroking their weapons.

9. Every single Spartan soldier is wearing nothing but a loincloth and has a perfectly hairless, oiled chest that bulges with man-muscle boobs.

8. Voiceover describes the battle as containing "thrusting of swords."

7. Enemy Xerxes walks up behind hero Leonidas, puts his hands on Leonidas shoulders, and whispers in his ear that Leonidas should "bow down" to him.

6. Voiceover explains repeatedly that the Spartan soldiers are "hard." Lest we forget about the hardness, we are also told that "there is no room for softness."

Gaybeef 5. Very looooooong shot of Leonidas standing buck naked on a balcony at dawn, his perfectly round ass caressed by the light.

4. Leonidas' erect beard, which we see in close-up silhouette every time he gives a speech, is very long and sculpted and thrusty. Clearly this is included just to pull in the bear audience.

3. Literally every scene includes either penetration or thrusting. Did I mention the thrusting?

2. Only heterosexual character is a deformed, insane, Golem-like creature who betrays the Spartans just to have sex with some of Xerxes' female slaves.

1. Spartans kick Persian ass in a long, tight crack between two cliffs known as "the hot gates." Their strategy is to "drive them into the crack." That's where the "hard" Spartans will get 'em.


the movie's tagline should have been "Prepare for gloryholes" instead of "Prepare for glory."

I won't be for a couple reasons:

1. I'm not a PF collector. The price point is out of my range.
2. I cannot by any means justify a statue of a half-naked man in my room.
