Do we know who is sculpting it?

I thought T.Ciprianni was the sculptor, also, tehre has been no indication made by SSc that this wil be 'chromed' in any way. That being said I love my chrome Bowen and the only complaint I have with it is it's NOT 1/4 scale. I would love this SS to be based ona Del'otto piece of Surfer art.
