yeah, this figure looks amazing.

I'd really like to see some new highly detailed 12" transformers statues, like the ones palisades did back then... especially the 12" optimus and megatron. pure awesomeness!

Definitely, I know BBTS were doing pre-orders for it, but it's a bastardized version with a glued on orange plug in the cannon barrel.....blasphemy!

It'll look good next to my MP Prime and Starscream.

Anyone know of reliable sellers getting the non-orange capped version? I imagine this will be a purchase of eBay... but no matter what I need this figure.

Yeah, I think I may have jumped the gun on the 'removable' part! I got too excited when I saw the pic of the cap. I'm sure you can remove it, the adhesive shouldn't be too strong.

I got my order into BBTS and I didn't have to even think twice... This is the Megatron I've been waiting for to pose with my 20th Anniversary Prime. This is a collectible--- and unfortunately I'll have to make a stop animation movie with these two for nostalgic reasons to offset Michael Bay's Go-Bot movie.

YEAH MEGATRON!!! (bye bye orange plug)

I wish people would stop bashing a movie that isn't even complete. What, you say it is now? Be that if it is or not, people been bashing it long before it came into production or we had any visual idea of what these robots would look like. Point is, give it a chance. Then bash it if necessary, but enough with the put downs until you atleast seen the movie. Like someone disliking a person based on how they present themselves. You need to know the product before you can have an opinion of it. I am not even referring to this movie, but everything in general... gotta love sceptics. Give peace... errr.. this movie a chance!
