There are definitely cool stuff they could give to Bishop. A few that come to mind are glass-enclosed facehuggers or even better a dissected facehugger. They could give Bishop surgical tools too. I would definitely buy that.

nice ideas !!

ain't absolutely true that bishop hasn't enough cool stuff to come in, and ripley then? they have to add a welder and a pouch 'cause she haven't actually nothing apart the clothing and the flamethrower/m41 combo

this for an exemple the cool stuff i've think for bishop
-obviously an handgun he have one in the film
-the torch ( maybe with light up )
-the portable terminal ( openable with all details ) who use for remote pilot the dropship
-a pair of facehugger in glass tubes, one of them diseting
-a bag of tools
-the knife
if they want can add a welder or a motion detector too...
i don't think it's so an hard accesosoires issue, ain't?

Where can I find a post that you don't make smart a$$ comments??:p

Hmm, let me get back to you on that one. I apologize if I offended anyone. I should have asked if English was his first language. If it isn't, then I applaud your efforts. If it is, I'm sorry.

Now, back to the topic. Will HT make a Bishop figure? I don't see why not. As some have mentioned, if they fear that it wouldn't sell, at wo-pack with Newt would be a sell out for sure!

And here's one for the road...

It could also be a likeness issue. They apparently didn't actually have the rights to any of the likenesses of the marine characters and had to fudge the sculpts and paint jobs a bit. For a character like Bishop, without the cool armor and weapons, the likeness is one of the main things that would attract people to the figure. Maybe that, combined with the fact that he may not be as popular as the marines with the general public, made them decide to skip him.

But yes, the Frank Black figure is good for customs, at least if you repaint his hair and maybe do a little resculpting.

i never get tired of looking at that 1/2 bishop............:rock

Like someone else said, I just don't think there is demand for a guy in a blue jumpsuit. The Marines and Aliens have the "it" factor--Lance does not.

All Bishop needs a repaint and a better (longer) suit, but the Frank Black figure works great for a Bishop stand-in. I think when he comes down the ramp at the end, he's wearing similar boots to what Ripley has, so I'll switch to those--but the Air Force One's are classic!

icruise, where's your jumpsuit from? The two I have aren't as nice!

Hot Toys never got the licences to the actors "portrait".
So Bishop Would essentially be some random guy in a jumpsuit. Not enough to warrant the fig IMO.

And like so many have said before me. The Marines where "cooler".
