Okay, lets be serious for a moment. No more jokes. Honestly HOW do you think Batman 4 would happen? Bruce Wayne has no money. he is not even in the United States, he can't go back. His mansion was given to the kids, Robin was given a suit but he was not given the car or the Bat plane or not even the bat Pod. Robin has nothing except the Batman suit and gadgets.

So a Batman 4 would be about what? Robin learning to be Batman on his own? About Bruce Wayne fighting crime in Italy with a new disguise?
Who would robin fight against? The Penguin? Poison Ivy? The Riddler? Mr Freeze?

I think you robin but would not get nightwing and that will not be a success, but I would think that you previously batman and robin then gets

Good news for OP. there is in fact a 4th nolan batman filmed planned. it is going to go into production just after the 11th season of smallville finishes filming, and they wrap on The 5th installment of the Christopher Reeve Superman films.
