I wish I could afford this bust... looks _____ing amazing.

But then again I don't really collect life size busts, I'm more into legendary scale, maybe due to the "runnning out of space to display my collectibles"-problem

I hear ya, however this piece was too amazing for me to pass up and is technically the first 1:1 that I signed up for. Shortly after I HAD to get the Thor 1:1. Never thought I'd collect 1:1's but these just blew me away when I saw them.

I've heard some folks mention that, Hells what particularly throws you off on this piece? Just curious.

waiting on the final release for these i cancel it twiced... lol.. The paint apps for my is a big concern.. SS drop the ball on the hulk.

That is always a valid concern with some previous mishaps that happened. That said I personally love the pose so I'm going out on a limb on this piece in terms of paint.

As I mentioned this in another thread in regards to the SS comiquette statue...I really dislike the Batman batarang style mask and his mouth-to-chin region. I love the expression, but that's about it. IMO, this is how Wolverine looks:

Ah, I can see how those discrepancies could turn you off from this piece. I tend to be a stickler for details myself, but sometimes a piece just so tastefully captures the emotion/personality behind a character and that is what really makes this a must buy for me. Although I can fully understand why you aren't feeling it.

I take it if you're focused on the details you are a wolverine fan and as such I hope SS does another 1:1 some time soon that better depicts the comic art you displayed. Till then, sorry bro.

I like Wolverine, but I'm not the biggest fan of his. I'm just picky with everything I buy. Once I see a version of a character I like...that's how I'd like to see him/her portrayed (in my collection). Kind of like when you like a certain year of a car and that is the only version you consider the true version. Others may be as good, but you have your own vision. Not just that, but IMO I just don't think it looks good at all. Everyone has differences though, so I'm just glad other collectors can get something that makes them happy.

This and Thor in the same month and I'm buying a house, I was going to Flex either of these guys along with Wolverine more or less being released in May but that's not the case now, way to go Sideshow.
