I guess it's like women not wanting to tell a man how much new shoes cost. Why won't people just be honest? I know....novel concept. I've never understood why people feel the need to lie or hide stuff.

Same here. I collected action figures before statues and the thought of paying 500$ for a piece was blasphemy to me, but low and behold here I am now.

Whenever I get a new piece in my wife always asks "how much did this one cost?" I always just kind of shrug and give her the generic answer of "oh you know not too much. I actually got a good deal on it....."

Yup. Same here. Its.easy.when you.have about 30 pfs on display. If its a character my wife likes I.do unbox in front of.her and.she.shares my happiness ie Thor. But if.I were to unbox Emma she would b like wtf...How much was that...go buy dinner tonight
