The new pictures look great.
That sculpt is just so awesome; I'd be upset about not getting the chance to own it, except I just have no clue what I'd do for the body, and don't want to put too much effort into it.

Got the Barney Ross body on order along with his jeans, a Royce white vest, a pretty decent buckled belt and dog tags. Ive got some questions for the veteran customisers on here though:
1) What's the best method of removing the tats from the body? Is nail polish remover too strong?
2) I've chosen the Barney Ross jeans...do you guys think they're too light coloured?
3) Are cowboy boots the route to go for his footwear? Any recommendations?

1) Rubbing alcohol was the method I had heard to use and I will try this first.
2)I don't personally like them, but it's totally your choice.
3)Haven't yet determined the footwear for my one outfit, but I was going to go the cowboy boot route, or something close.

I know, the jeans were an impulse buy I now regret lol. It's the light colour which bugs me the most... but we'll see. I guess I just figured you can't generally go wrong with Hot Toys tailoring and as they're meant for the body should ensure a good fit.
Can't wait to see what you got lined up bro...this thread has me excited about all the variations we'll see out there. Glad I'm part of what's gonna be an EPIC thread!

Totally stoked about this head. Glad I got on board. Also got the body, jeans, white tank, belt and fisted hands(perhaps to mod into claws) and boots from the HT wolvie... Any idea on a time frame? Not to rush or anything like that. Excited is all.

Hey Wanderer: Just buy some blue navy RIT color dye for the Barney Ross Jeans, that's all.
I went with this choice for the jeans:

ok the HS is almost finished
normally he's go to the caster at the beggining of the next week ( with my bluebbery HS)
after that i'll made some try to the hand with claws
for the claws we thinking to do them in metal but not sure yet
hope we can do it like that
for the price honestly i don't know, if we do the claws in metal it could certainly be more expensive
oh and i have in mind to do hands with bandages on them something like a muei thai boxer
i don't know why but i thinks it could be cool

For clawed fists, would it be possible to make a mold that has the spaces for the claws already designated and then pour the resin in around the base of the metal claw? Just an idea I was thinkin about...

Wrapped hands sounds immense
For some reason, I have a preference for his bone claws. If you roll with metal though, lets give him comic style proportioned HUGE claws
