Don't you dare use the BvS defense to defend Hilary.

Don't. You. Dare!

I blame bvs for my horrible luck with women. If only the story was excuted properly I would of scored with that hot red haired chick at the bar but nope . It's all bvs fault. **** that movie.

Extremely unpopular, myopic and misguided, won't listen to reason, plays only to a niche, unsophisticated audience, is overly gloomy, shallow, and unfulfilling to all but hardcore supporters who only show support as a knee jerk response against the establishment and conventional wisdom. . .

This is how I view the WB. What else are you guys talking about today?

I used to hate BVS, but after seeing it again a few days ago, I now realize that I was wrong. What was I thinking? It's truly great and underrated by critics and fans.

Women are actually now staying away from those all female showings because of death threats.

What a bunch of idiots running that Alamo Drafthouse theater.

The only fault in this situation lies solely on the sickening, despicable individuals who make threats over something like this.

Certainly not the theater. Should they have been surprised? Definitely, sadly, not. But place the blame where the blame belongs, regardless.

Pretty excited to see this film soon. Any DC movie Snyder didn't direct, I'll give a chance by going to see it.

Question: What's the big deal about the all women showings, again? I could see if it was like "you cannot see Wonder Woman unless you are a woman," but these are like a couple screenings, right? If a company pays to use the theater for an employees only show, are they discriminating against non-employees who want to go to that particular screening? What about lady's night at a bar? I don't know. Seems like making mountains out of molehills to me.

And I agree with Josette on this one. If you're making death threats because of a ****ing movie, you're a worthless piece of ****. Stop wasting our air and expire already.

I agree that the people making threats are idiots but the theater had to see this coming.

If this was a publicity stunt to get the Alamo name out there then shame on them.

I view an employee only screening different than an all woman screening.

That being said there are enough movie theaters in existence to enjoy this movie so Alamo's publicity stunt should have zero impact on anyone normal wanting to see this.

But Alamo knows very well that there are nut cases out there so why instigate the hornets nest just for advertisement.

Now if a man wants to peacefully protest this stunt i'm ok with that.

I'm certainly not going to waste my time getting upset over it lol

So, I'm confused, are all of Alamo's opening night screenings women only or just a select screen at each location?

I wouldn't be surprised if this was a false flag, in fact, feminists are known for doing this often, I doubt someone would actually care enough about this crappy looking movie to go that far.

If they didn't do it for Gurlbusters, I somehow doubt they can muster the interest for this one.

Couple of showings in each of their locations, supposedly they need to keep adding more due to demand.

Poor WB something is always going wrong with their products lol

The problem is the way they handle this.
The antagonizing nature of their facebook posts.
Some people unironically asked about male screenings but alamo just mocked them, and said that will never happen because they were not looking for that kind of equality. but when girls asked for more women screenings in the future they said it of course.
Then when people joked about going in wigs to the screening they were like " we will love the money and then kicking you out" so they were not the friendliest about this.
Antagonizing the trolls is never good. Antagonizing people wanting male screenings was just stupid.
It went from " women appreciation night" to " NO BOYZ ALLOWED HAHAHA F U "
