I don't think this poor zhlub would have to worry about whether or not Miranda Kerr is "too skinny - wouldn't bang." I think this guy would have troubles getting laid in a whorehouse!!! His hand may be his best friend and I'm sure there's times it wishes it could secede!!!! :lol :rotfl :lol

Yeah---Power Girl!!! I'd buy that (provided, of course, that it's GOOD)!!

Re: Wonder Woman for late 2012

Is this a more recent image of Starfire, devilof76? If so, I applaud the (almost) return to her original outfit. The one they had [or have] her in in Red Hood and the Outlaws makes even some of the skimpiest TREK outfits look like Victorian era wear in comparison!!! I mean, if you're going to wear THAT little, why even bother? Just fight bad guys in the nude!!! You don't have to be invulnerable---they'll be too busy staring at your ta-tas to even put up a fight!!!! (Cue the "Shirtless Girl" from "The Bob and Tom Show" here!) :lol :lol :lol

When her character was introduced, she was portrayed as someone who has zero problems with nudity and sex. As a matter of fact, she thought humans made too big a deal about both of those topics. If it was up to her, we would all be walking around naked and having sex with the people we loved. This is the way Marv Wolfman wrote her. Her being portrayed as scantily clad in statue or comic form is completely within her character.

Trust me, filip, I have no problem with Starfire being sexually liberated. I loved the character that Marv Wolfman created. She showed up very soon after the destruction of Dark Phoenix over at MARVEL, so she was a nice replacement for a fanboy's fantasies! I do know, however, that in her recent incarnation, they seemed to have made her a bit more----I guess slutty---would be the term and, while SF had always been a sexual creature, she had never struck me as being slutty...

I haven't followed her character closely after the Titans. She may very well have been written as a slut since then. I just wanted to say that if SSC released a SF statue with a costume that left little to the imagination, then it would be perfectly within her character. In this rare case, SSC has the green light to portray her in a scantily clad costume. No one should complain about how little she is wearing. It's who she is. As a matter of fact, if SSC released a fully clothed SF, that would be an odd statue IMHO because she has never been portrayed that way in the comics I have read.

Re: Wonder Woman for late 2012

::laffs:: Since we've somehow veered off into Starfire territory in a WW thread, let me steer us back on course....

My vote is for a scantily clad WW figure!!!! :lol :lol

So long as they put her in her classic costume, I think we are covered. :lol
On a serious note, I do hope that SSC can release a statue that captures more than just her sexiness. She is a powerful, fierce, and noble woman. I hope that part of her is incorporated into the statue as well.

That panel is from Supergirl #2 (2005). She was an Outsider at the time. Ian Churchill, I think.

Around the same time, she fought Brainiac 8.
