Because when I'm positive, I get into fights and my posts get deleted.
I definitely agree with you on a few points. One, some people do judge things prematurely. I definitely do that. You kind of have to when it comes to stating opinions on things that go up for pre-order 6 months in advance. Some people do change their minds when things are officially released and we all get to see the actual in-hand pictures.
For example, when I first saw the She Hulk comiquette, I thought that I was not interested and would never own her. Well, after seeing other's pictures, my mind slowly started to change. I now own her and love her! The opposite holds true as well.
Personally, I think both positive and negative comments are good and constructive. The people that take the time to constructively say, "hey, I am not a fan of the Colossus comiquette because the lines on his face are bad and I don't think he truly looks like Colossus" are very different than the people who will respond negatively by saying something like "eh, fail." Does this make sense?
You have to laugh at the people whipping out the insults and adding one liners without contributing anything constructive, then disrespecting other fellow board members, now those are the truly sad trolls.
One-liners also help with ground that's been covered a thousand times for anyone who's been here longer than a year.
Are you aware of how many long-time, well-respected members you just insulted?
In any forum that encourages the free exchange of ideas differing opinions are bound to crop up -- just keep it civil, basic netiquette applies, no flames, no spamming, etc. Personal attacks, name calling and outright rudeness will not be tolerated. But if someone is obviously joking please don't take offense, we're not going to be the "political correctness" police here. Also as many artists, both amateur and professional post here, criticism should be constructive and not "it looks like crap." Ignoring these rules will result in your posts being edited or deleted and your membership being banned.
I said adding one liners AND insulting others. I'm not aware of any well-respected members that throw insults at others. If you can't be respectful to others than that's just sad because as this forum advocates civility and mutual respect.

Well, you're certainly entitled to your opinion.
