Its truly amazing whta vintage toys can bring in....I only wish I had a hand full of the crap I used to play with in mint condition...I could spend it all on Sideshow:D

No, I don't have that! I never really got into action figures growing up, except for G.I. Joe of course!! :rotfl

Ouch I had one of the batman when I was little. I should have kept it I guess. I did have fun melting it when I was older though so I got my use out of it.

I used to have a Stretch Armstrong. I poked holes in it with pins
and I remember that it was filled with a red goo of some sort.

Anyways - on the Batman - I think that is an incredibly rare find,
especially with the original box, and I'd actually consider bidding
a few hundred for such a rare item - not thousands though. BUT
there are many toy collectors out there that this would likely be
a "holy grail" item for, so I can easily see the attraction for them.

Just to think you could have these instead of a Gray Hulk, Predator, Balrog, Cave Troll, Grievous, CM Alien.............

Some of them you could get all of these for less then some junky old toy.

Jesse

Damn! Stretchy Bats is up to $1,750 with a couple days left still!
Imagine if you were an older toy shop owner with a case of these to sell!
I'll continue watching this one in amazement........

And that's exactly why these items are so high priced...because boys will be boys :).
I don't see anybody melting their Cavetroll :chew ...
