Would you ship a Premium Format to Mexico?

If you sell on eBay you are responsible for getting the buyer their item. Doesn't matter if it's international or within the US.

If a buyer claims that they didn't receive their item all they have to do is file a INR (Items Not Received or Not as Described) Dispute and unless you have proof (i.e. Delivery Confirmation or Signature Confirmation)...you're SOL.

A seller on eBay needs to have clear and concise Terms of Sale such as; "I do not ship Internationally" or "I only ship to Confirmed Paypal addresses".

eBay has made so many changes lately it's hard keep up.

And if it's stolen before it gets to the address, you won't have a delivery confirmation!

Why is hard to get things into Mexico, when it is so easy for things to get out of Mexico, such as drugs, Swine Flu and Mexicans

Good choice. I mean, with all of the things that can go wrong and just the risk involved on your half.....your making a good decision.

Now if it was a Marvel Legend or something then I would say go ahead and ship it. But because of the cost of the PF and with how fragile they can be, it's risky.

Here's the main problem with shipping to Mexico,
when they inspect the item and see the "Made In China" tag, they
will hold it in Customs.
Mexico doesn't have a free Trade agreement with China, even though
the piece comes from the US... it's stupid, but that's how it works...

I'm from Mexico and it happened to me twice when I ordered things from the US...
it sucks because the customs fee was something like 110% of the price of the piece...
ridiculous...
