Would you use a blog on the forum if it was offered?

vBulletin has an add-on where each member can have their own blog on the forum to talk about stuff. Would anyone besides P!tu use this if I added it?

I'm not sure I understand why people would blog on a forum where they speak their mind anyway. Unless they want to talk about the tabu subjects like religion, politics, ect.

I've never had my own blog because I've heard so much bad stuff about myspace, etc. But if there is a free thing we can use here, I'd give it a shot. I consider this my "homebase" on the net so I think I'd probably use it if it isn't very difficult to use.

Like others have said, the customizers could really benefit, plus the regular people like us might bond closer together if we had somewhere where we could talk about family, school, personal problems, latest toy hunts, etc.

I dunno. It'd be cool for customizers and for reviews, but I don't think the emo's need another outlet to whine about how sad they are and then tell us how they're going to go listen to Linkin Park.

Yeah, I don't think it's necessary. Just more wordy baggage we don't need. I mean, aren't my posts long enough already? There's no need to multiply that with yet another chance for me to babble on exponentially, let alone everybody else here.

Oh, and Dave, you're a really great guy and all, but to try and kill the little children with some horrible monster of your own design--that's just low. You really need to rethink you life.

i don't see the need for one so i vote "no".

but maybe we could use them around convention(s) time for Honored guests, etc. actually a "live chat" function would be more useful and SS already has that on their site so nevermind. but maybe certain SS people could have a blog here.....?
