A portion of Acid Storm's auction (on ebay this weekend) will go directly to Red Cross; to aid those effected by the recent tragedies in Japan.

I wanted to continue with Masterpiece Seekers (and there are more to come) with this : Acid Storm.

He started as a Masterpiece Skywarp. Went to TOWN with melty effect (in fact, I think possibly a little too much)

To change things up a little, I remolded all (6) wings to give him a more unique appearance. I also modified the rear tail wings so they sit on his lower legs, rather than his hips.

What's cool about this paint job is I mixed and infused House of Kolorz "glow in the dark" paints to all paints used. "Charge him up" in the lights, hit the switch and this guy lights up. I went even heavier on the acid effected areas.

This statue/throne of Masterpiece Megatron was built using a takara Megatron, with lots of mods/changes:

• rebuilt arms
• rebuilt legs
• rebuilt head
• G1 cannon

His eyes light up thanks to a small LED, it's wiring runs down meg's back, out the back of the throne. A capacitor will be added at a later stage of this project (larger than just megs and LB) to help dim the brightness on the eyes.

Laserbeak's eyes also light up (big thanks to Big Hanks for making what seemed impossible a reality) Throne was built from lots of parts.

Here's Scrapper. Custom head care of Calloway / Shapeways. Little trimming off the back/top, but fits him well.

Scrapper will form Devastator's LEFT leg.

Constructicon Hook!

Today, 3.14.11 I'll introduce Hook (rest will follow on a daily basis)
This "batch" (to say the least) I went with a special spin on Hook, using a custom cast head thanks to Calloway Custom Designs and Shapeways. The head is on a pivot. Hook will form Devastator's upper chest/torso.

Constructicon Bonecrusher!

Today, 3.12.11 I'll introduce Bonecrusher (rest will follow on a daily basis)
This "batch" (to say the least) I went with a special spin on Bonecrusher, using a custom cast head thanks to Calloway Custom Designs and Shapeways. The head is on a pivot. Bonecrusher will form Devastator's left arm.

A Masterpiece grade seeker I've wanted to do for a long time. Went with a similar camo pattern to the Icestorm(s) I've done in the past, yet this camo pattern/style is built with flame shapes. I did some heavy modding/effects to the wings using the trusty dremel, some fire and hot glue. Of the classic/universe Sunstorms I've done in the past, this color palette seemed to get the best/highest feedback.

Masterpiece Icestorm, version 2. Made some minor changes since the original. Went with a more "sharp" style camo pattern, white feet, null rays, brighter shades of blue.

...Sunday morning, woke up earlier than usual and decided to paint this guy up. GREAT figure, engineering and articulation is perfect. Made some minor improvements to Wreck-Gar. His front wheel can be removed off the shoulder and attaches to his forearm (shield) Also added lots of spikes, rust and damage.

Commissioned Jazz for "the" Jazz fanatic/#1 fan out there. Only mod made was removing the doors from the leg sides and making them so they snap onto Jazz's back while in robot mode, and then back into their original slots for car mode. Used a new product (not yet available to the public) from Alclad's increasing paint selection called "Alclad Aqua Gloss" and it is hands down the best gloss clear I've ever experienced. Lays super thin, smooth and looks wet even when dry (minutes later) - only wish my photos can show it off better.

Reflector is one of THE most popular requests I get. I wanted to modernize the Generation 1 toy, but put the Generation 1 cartoon feel to him/them. Sort of a "hybrid" of G1 cartoon fused with the G1 Toy. Reflector now has tons of details and articulation

New features/articulation/point of interest:
- New heads
- Shoulder articulation
- Elbow articulation
- Wrist articulation
- Hand articulation (Spyglass)
- Hip articulation
- Knee articulation
- Glass lens on Viewfinder has hologram Decepticon faction symbol inside it
- Alt mode (camera) has light up lens

Transform and combine all 3 robots to form "camera" mode. Perfect for spying on Autobots.

Debatable "Masterpiece Class" considering he scales well with several Masterpiece figures (see images)

Devastator stands slightly over 22" tall. He is a statue-type (non-transforming) replica. He has super articulation in his head (ball joint), shoulders, upper arms, elbows, wrists, fingers/hands, waist, hips, upper leg (swivel), lower leg (swivel) knees, and his left foot is on a ball joint (cab of Mixmaster) His head was built with epoxy (ave's fixit) and will be available (one day) for casts.

Devastator's got LEDs in his alternate head (white as per customer's request) as well as on Scrapper and Bonecrusher.

His custom gun comes from a GI Joe Sigma six figure and has an on/off switch which controls a bright red laser.

*To my extra-special-stalker-type fans; yep - I used unicron's waist... and I love it.

Well, a huge thanks to WanDeReal for the help with articulating these bricks and a thanks to Malfunction for his inspiration and use of MP Prime's upper legs (great fit!) for Predaking's combined mode.

I wanted to go a very G1 route with Predaking, I used (constantly) an online image for his color palette :

Predaking stands approx. 16" tall. He has articulation on his head, shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, waist, hips, knees, and ankles.​

This was a commissioned piece. It took a lot of trial and error, but I matched Reprolabel's (thanks by the way Aaron) purple used on the "evil jetfire" set (which can be found here by the way : https://www.reprolabels.com/Misc/eviljetfire.php) I only used part of the (set) stickers. Panel lined and super-gloss coated with Alclads clear (not on the market yet, muahaha)

Wow! Your figures are too awesome for words... the Seeker and Icestorm figure are mindboggling; really amazed how seamlessly your customization appears with the figure.

And your Megatron is perfection; if that is what he looked like I never would have sold the Masteriece figure
