Did they give you a tracking number? I ordered mine last week and they gave me a tracking number right away. I track it through Hong Kong Post

Hey guys, Yeah 24 is quite nuts.. I missed every Hot Toys release since Robocop, I was collecting other stuff plus working on my house, missed out on pretty much every important release. So recently like 2 weeks ago I was browsing HT website & was blown away on the quality HT was putting out.. Since I recently completed my Chogokin collection I then focused all my attention on HT figures. After a few restless nights of reading & youtube reviews I decided to purchase a few figures.. I went to my local Comic/Toy shop & purchased Ironman Mark IV & War machine, freaking awesome figures
So being that it's pretty much impossible to purchase most of the older releases like Leonidas, Blade, Godfather, etc... at reasonable prices I then spent days searching for online shops, pretty much no luck I then stumbled upon HTOS, they pretty much had all the older releases, prices were lower than Ebay but still pretty high, but they're willing to bargain..
Originally I wanted to purchase only 5 figures, DX Bruce, Mark VI, Superman, Classic Predator & Batman 1989. I emailed Dave for a bundled package deal, he replied back with a really sweet price so I figured hmm maybe I can add another figure with the money I'm saving, well for every figure I added the prices got lower, so 19 figures later I'm at 24yes I'm a freak, thank God my wife is out of town next week when the packages arrive
The excuse I gave myself was that if I don't buy them now HTOS will sellout & I'll have a much harder time trying to find them at reasonable prices... Dave was able to get me all the exclusive versions like the ones limited to Sideshow..
From researching 2 weeks ago to having 26 HT figures, I think this is as crazy as I'll ever get.. Thank you baby Jesus for Tax return money

Hi there..I'm totally new here & just join in yesterday. I've my eyes on the HTOS as well & been following & reading this thread. Just want to share that I decided to place order with HTOS (3 items -$520) with Tong Zheng Zhang today via PayPal (he sent me e-invoice just like what most of u got). He's been very helpful so far & offer me free shipping to Bangkok (I'm in Bkk by the way) for purchase over $500. And it will take approx 10 days to get here. He will dispatch the merchandise tommorw evening HK time. Let's see how it goes.

I'm seeing alot of people ordering but very few following up if/when their products, Arrived or not.

Hey guys, my package should leave Hong Kong tomorrow & I should get it before the 24th.. So that's roughly 10 days..
It was shipped on the 14th & was on hold at Hong Kong Post/Airlines until the 20th..

My figure was shipped on Feb 1st and HTOS told me it should arrive between the 16th & 20th. Well I haven't received anything yet, I doubt I will receive it today, since my local mail post close at 2:30 pm and it's already 2pm here in Spain. I will have to contact them again, last friday they told me to wait until the 20th.

Well for one, these guys are cheaper than most and these guys have figures that other stores have long since sold out.
Why does this concept bother you so much?
Why would you use these guys when there are so many well established and reputable shops to chose from...

Well its a federal holiday today post office is closed. So, I'm waiting until Tuesday the 21st.
Hopefully this waiting around will get resolved. Others are experiencing similar delays with no arrived packages. There have been successes and i'm hoping this week more arrivals will be posted along with pics.

I've been following this Thread for a while now and I decided to sign up to share my experience with the Hot Toys Online Store.
The idea to make a best offer came actually from this board so thank you very much
Contact with those guys has been amazing. Very friendly staff and they always take time to reply to your emails.
My order has been posted on the 9th of February and was processed for departure on the 10th.
Since then no updates have been made on the official Hong Kong post website. Comparing it to other "Ordinary Parcels" shipments made it a bit suspicious since other packages left Hong Kong a day or two after being processed for departure. Maybe someone forgot to scan it on the way out ? Anyway, they told me to be patient and that their estimate is the 23rd of this month. I will keep you guys posted.
