X-men 3 movie clip with Sentinel vs Wolverine!

looked alright.....................hope whoever said that maybe they edited it to keep the actual sentinel from being seen was right..................but still waiting to seee the film before judgement is passed...................head did not look big enough compared to hugh imo.......................

this is just the last one sony is doing.............................

marvel will not quit makin the movies and some other company in the industry will pick up from this point...............to big a money maker and hollywood is all about money.................

I'd be absolutely amazed if that's the only time we see a Sentinel. Don't you think they'd want to explain what the hell it was the Wolvie attacked? All I'm saying is don't pass judgement until you see the final version. If you don't like it, then feel free to rip it to shreds. I just hope this doesn't have a rushed feeling to it like I'm affraid it will.

rushed is definately the only bad feeling I am getting from it so far, unless the movie is 6 hours long................they have added way too many new characters and events to this film for only an hour and a half....................but we will see how it turns out at the end of the month.............

I'd be surprised if this were less than 2 hours long. I'm thinking between 2:15-2:30, but wouldn't be disapointed if it were longer. I just hope they don't kill off too many main characters so maybe at some point it can get picked up again.

I think it will get picked up without a problem..............problem is getting the actors back.............Jackman is on to do the Wolverine solo, but is he willing to get back into another group movie...........Wolverine made him and is he really going to keep doing him.................Stuart is a must...............as much as I like Famke, she is a little long in the tooth for Jean...............Halle can be repleced easily...................Marsden can be replaced as well...............don't think there is a problem keeping the younger students either...........Ian might be a little tough to get back..............

too much money to be made offa these movies...............but they need to put out quality movies and and trow out quick crap just to make a dollar.....................not just any director or producer can put these movies out, but in the end who cares who puts them out, so long as they are quality...................good story and good F/X is what is needed...............so long as the actors are good, I don't even care if they are known or not...............so long as they fit the character.....................

I still want to know if SS is releasing a Sentinel statue movie based? I mean they are releasing a juggernaut and beast, so is there a possibility??? I know it will be too big if it is a PF but maybe do the same thing they did with Sauron perhaps.

It's been a couple days since I first watched the clip, and I've gotta say... 'meh.'
I've been trying so hard to not pass judgment on this movie since it was announced that Ratner was coming on board and reading the script reviews, but the more I see, the more my apprehension is fed. Apprehension now is an ugly beast with a bad case of indigestion.
Ever since they moved up the date for its release it seemed like Fox was trying to throw a big 'screw you' at Singer for moving on to Superman, like they wanted to force X3 and Superman Returns to face off at the box office or at least beat Singer there.

Not being a huge Supes fan, I'm looking forward to his new movie more than ever

Yeah, sadly the clip did look a little blah, and I hope to god it's just editing and not a fully finished clip. Brett Ratner has big shoes to fill, as the last two movies were pretty slick. I hope he doesn't F it up.

I am sad to say that I too am looking forward to Superman a lot more than this one. And I've always been a bigger X-men fan than a Supes one. Just have a bad feeling about this one....

I hope I'm wrong. I'll still see it regardless....but damn I hope I'm wrong.

I saw some shots of a Bowen Sentinel (classic one from the first X-Men titles...basically a retro version of the SS Vs statue)

I doubt we would get another Sentinel statue. They are cool and all but I just don't see it.

Have to chime in here saying that I believe the seen was in the Danger Room, for training purposes. Storm says, "They're getting killed out here", and Logan replies, "There not ready Storm", which leads me to believe this is the Danger Room sequence.................my thoughts..........

saw a different preview on TV last night...............they show wolverine walking around something, but didn't pay attention to see if it was the sentinel head or not, but it had to be..............also, they have never mentioned sentinels in the movies before, so how would they know whether or not to put them in the danger room?

Madrox spoke in the trailer as did Juggernaut, but could not understand what he said................they showed him jumping up a couple of flights into a building............looked a little cheesey................

Hmm..... All 2 seconds that you can even see the Sentinel and you never see the whole thing. How exactly can you say it looks like crap when you haven't even seen it?
