I can't stop laughing at Cyclops's visor.

It makes him look like he's squinting.

I don't know, after looking at these pics again I think the suits look just as good as everything else out there right now. The worst suit is Quicksilver's and I think it looks much better than the AOU version. Either way, I never care about the designs anyway, I'm in it for the story and characters.

yeah just as good if not better. His visor's not bad. I'm more concerned about how buff the design of mystiques suit is making her look in that cyclops picture

I like the design of those visors, but for some reason Marsden didn’t look that cool with them on. I always thought he looked his coolest with just the glasses.

I just picked up Age of Apocalypse alpha. I'm always trying to get into the x-men books but never know how to begin. Hopefully this is the right book to begin the age of apocalypse books with. Just a quick question for any x-men fan. Is this entire saga all about an alternate universe x-men team, or do the real x-men ever come into play?

I think at the very end that it transitions to the regular 616 X-Men storyline, but pretty exclusively an alternate universe deal. I actually wouldn't read that expecting that it will inform the movie very much. Your best bet would probably be his earliest appearances in X-Factor.
