I guess there had to be one casting misfire and unfortunately one of my favorite characters. Hopefully she's not supposed to be a teacher or a villain. I can't believe they couldn't find one 20-something Japanese actress for the role.

So glad she's not on TV to brag about this.
Like when she got her small bit in Iron Man 2 she went on and on and on about it and she was on screen for all of 5 seconds.
I can't stand this person at all!

Not crazy about the choice but I don't really have a problem with her. I did find her a bit annoying while she was on G4 but she's been cast in some legitimate movies and shows for the past few years and never really stood out to me in a bad way.

For me, the worst casting choice has been Alexandria Shipp as Storm. Singer had a chance to redeem that character after Hale Berry and instead casted Shipp to portray a younger version of Berry's Storm. I wanted Storm to have a African accent but I doubt we're getting that.

God I can't stand Olivia Munn!
Over rated piece of eye candy.
She can't act to save her life!
I bet her involvement will be slim to none.

Finally!
The casting this movie deserves.

I have hope for Gal. The only thing I can base her acting skills on are the Fast films and those film require you to act bad, so she pretty much has a clean resume to me.

Maybe she's supposed to be half Japanese instead of a Brit in a Japanese body. As long as she looks good on screen, has a cool costume, realized powers, and is supposed to be the same age as the other X-Men i guess it will be okay. Still would have preferred a Japanese actress, but can't change it now. Part probably won't be that big anyway.

I think its a way better choice than the last Psylocke casting.

Ben Hardy plays Archangel -- wasn't lenny kravitz daughter cast as "Angel" or whatever in the first class film

It's does not really make a difference as they have maybe 3 min of in screen time same as what happened in days of future past bishop warpath blink I mean they are their for the fans but nothing more

It actually does make a difference, Fox is developing an X-Force film and I'm sure she'll be in it. Fox is going the Marvel route and is building a universe, so if these characters don't get to shine in a Singer film, then they'll probably be able to shine in another film.

I thought she was pretty entertaining in Magic Mike.

The character doesn't really demand a Meryl Streep
