Well look at it this way. January Jones was called Emma Frost and looked like Emma Frost with Emma Frosts diamond and psychic powers and was closer to Emma Frosts age. The girl in Origins had diamond powers and was never called Emma Fros on screent, i think just Emma.

As for Magnetos armour, maybe it's metal and is used for him to levitate, or to protect against fast attacks

You're right on your points. But it's still lame when considering it's the same powers? Same name?

Would be cool if Beast got a costume too

I think you're going to see Days of Future Past "correct" a lot of the continuity errors. This is nothing new to the comic book world as it happens ALL the time and I think comic book readers will more easily accept it.

Yes there are nuisances here and there but the overall casual movie audience won't care too much.

Wolverine will likely be the ONE character who will retain knowledge of the potential "future" and the alternate universes. Remember "House of M"? When the original universe was "restored" and "corrected", Wolverine remembered his previous memories (prior to the Weapon X memory wipe) as told in ORIGIN and, please correct me if I'm wrong, I believe he also remembered the "House of M" universe too.

DoFP I think will be a sequel/reboot. It will wipe the slate clean of some previous errors from the other movies and you'll probably see Wolverine emerge into a "new world" where previous friends (Cyclops, Jean Grey and Prof. X) are still alive like nothing even happened. It'll be curious to see where they take it from there.

Agreed, i think he'll awaken in the future to find the worl around him is different than the world he left, he'll remember events but to everyone else they occured differently

Oh... Intriguing... Very Intriguing.. Bardoon. If that happens, movie will be A++++

Yeaaaahhhhhh ...

The reason I had to laugh was the title of the article. They didn't mess around, just gave it to you straight.

This guy pretty much sums it all up:

I think the better better question is: Why did Fox care? First Class looked for all the world like a reboot, and frankly, everybody was cool with that. We got to ignore Last Stand and Wolverine, got to start fresh, all was well. But now suddenly DoFP has Stewart and McKellen it? It's the all same continuity, despite being 20x as ****ed as before? Why do that?!

They had literally solved a problem, then turned the solution into a bigger problem. Madness!
