They could've just kept hitting the big glowing button to overload him with Venom :lol

"Tactical" was awesome in 2005 but I really hate the notion that all superheroes/vigilantes have uniforms designed by Lucius Fox regardless of the cinematic universe. Thank God that junk hasn't crept into the Marvel Studios films (Iron Man doesn't count obviously.)

Looks like a tactical flexible armoured costume.

And...

Armoured or rubbery costumes is the movie version of skintight spandex of the comics. It's touched every franchise

I'm talking about full on segmented armor plates like Nolan Batman, GI Joe Accelerator Suits, new RoboCop, Magneto, etc. Nobody looks at Cap or Hawkeye and says, "Iron Man/Dark Knight wannabes." But Magneto? Yeah he's leaning that way.

X-Men are so much cooler than any of that Avengers crap.

Magneto's costume looks fantastic. Looks exactly like a real-world version of the comic costume. Very elegant too.

Looks alot like the comic imo. I think the armour is for defense and so he can levitate himself and so it resembles the ripped torse he has in the comics

why would he need armor to levitate when in X-men 3 he levitates when he drops the bridge. Magneto doesnt levitate because he has armor he levitates because he can manipulate the magnetic field around him that makes him levitate

It's just like Difabio said though; why does he need armour when his prime ability is to control metal things like bullets? :lol

You'd make a great PR man for Synger. :lol
