As long as we're talking about hot Bond girls:

You mean hot porridge?

Very sexiful.

Run!

How about Xenia Onatopp aka Jean Grey. I'd let her kill me.

"I CAN'T BREATHE."

100% agreed. She ate that role up with a spoon. Loved every minute of it. It might be because of that film I never quite thought she pulled off Jean Grey that well... but Famke in her prime?

Oh yeah. :yess:

Tanya Roberts was just absolutely wasted on the geriatric Moore, but damn if every girl in the 80's didn't try to emulate those locks. Killer blonde Bond girl.

Actually, she kills it as a brunette too. Perfect woman imo.

Ms. Blackman and Andress are almost always going to top the list, but they were well before my time unfortunately.

Conniption fits?

I knew I butchered that word.

"You and Nam are just as bad". :lol

I don't know about Nam, but that doesn't really apply to me. If it does, well, pot, kettle, black.

I've never mentioned TDKR in a thread out of no where and I don't constantly seek out conflict about it. So don't put that on me. I've stayed out of the actual TDKR thread for months now after I was criticized about it. The movies over, it's done. Even now people mention me and try to bring me back in even though I cut the crap and exclude myself from the whole thing. The only place I make fun of it or troll it is in the Bane figure thread, but that's good fun and mostly about the character. I haven't said **** about it in this X-Men thread or any others, even when I see the usual members bringing it up constantly. I guess Nam brought it up this time? Well I didn't, soooo, I dunno. Not even sure how Hathaway came into it, I just posted what I knew then moved on.

The most recent time I've talked about it was in the Skyfall thread, as did nearly every member that comes around this section of the boards, including yourself. Everyone in there pretty much agreed that the talk of Nolan and Batman in there was obnoxious and ridiculous, not just one or two people (you're saying it was just Nam and me? That we kept the steam in there going? :lol). In fact, I might have had two or three posts about it in there and I seem to recall you having some remarks about how ridiculous it was in there as well. So I don't know if you're trying to just dig at me (like you admit to doing to most members, like Kara most recently) or if you're being an actual hypocrite. Or hell, maybe just having a good bit of fun like I tend to do. Not all trolls are bad.

I seemed to notice you kind of going off (ie having a conniption, I've loved that word since "Stand By Me," lol) in both the Skyfall thread and the poll I did about Batman and Spider-Man. Really carrying on, caps locks, exclamations, the works, like you were really annoyed and at your wit's end, unless it was all a big joke of course. *I* don't freak out about people mentioning TDKR, so I can't really be a hypocrite for noticing that the biggest complainers about it seem to fuel the fires of the very topic they supposedly despise. That's all, just an observation.

Nam and Difab are pretty cool guys from my experience here. Nam can be abrasive at times and I don't agree with a lot of his opinions, but I think we get along just fine and any other member can do the same if they don't get all huffy and puffy. Difabio's pretty respectful and seems to be just having some laughs when he pokes fun at movies.

I actually agree. Nam *really* should turn down the abrasiveness a lot of the time but I do notice that he's capable of immediately burying the hatchet with anyone he has a heated back and forth with, myself included. Other people seem to become ongoing "enemies" or just can't let things go but that isn't the case with Nam from my experience.

And agree or disagree opinion-wise I've certainly never had a problem with DiFabio as a person. I actually like the enthusiasm he displays for his favorite movies, that's getting rarer and rarer when everyone has to be so cool as to be above genuinely loving anything anymore.

Very hard choices there, and the movie sucked total ass, but damned if she isn't one of the most drop-dead gorgeous creatures on the planet:

Totally - she is LOVELY. :)

I caught the film 'Fugitive Pieces' for the first time the other night.. & I was immediately smitten - & I generally prefer darker haired & exotic girls normally. :lol

Rule of thumb is I never take a heated debate out of the thread with the exception being to make a joke or to rib somebody. This is, of course, unless that person is total trash, and then that's another story entirely. :lol

They really ought to wait a week and see what general audience reaction is before deciding. Could be a huge hit, a major flop, or just meh.

Meh I blame avatar for bringing 3d back. Nobody seemed to care until avatar made 2billion then 3d was in every movie.

3D is not fine unless it genuinely adds something to the experience

To date I think Avatar and maybe Tintin have made me go wow the 3D really took this to another level

Everything else, it's been anywhere from meh to a pain in the ass
