I thought you were implying that Nam might be into that sort of thing because he mentions it often.

When I think of words often used by Nam or obsessions it would have to be chonies (I didn't know what that meant until I visited the boards) or pole squaters (which could be gay if not taken in proper context).

Titty babies ain't gay though. Actually, why is a titty baby a derogative, negative term? Bewbs are great, I want to be a titty baby again. :(

Wait, wouldn't a person who isn't a titty baby be gay?

****, I'm not helping you out here Nam. I'll stop.

I don't know, the Nolan stuff Nam describes does seem like something more than just fanaticism.

Perhaps that's Nam's only way of describing them? I'm not sure.

I almost forgot, this is an X-Men thread. Let's try to keep it on subject and not about Anne Hathaway and homosexuality.

So yeah Bryan Singer, the X-Men . . . .

You and Nam are just as bad. You guys follow TDKR like a moth to flame. The slightest mention brings you guys out of the woodwork and derails entire threads and it isn't just when other people speak about it. I've seen Nam bring up TDKR out of the blue a number of times now, this current derail being the most recent example.

The Skyfall comparisons would have been a minor shortlived observation had you two been able to control your respective kineption fits. Instead you two guys had to turn the whole thread upside down in the name of "calling out" your most obsessive topic.

I reference SW a lot without people freaking out and ending all on-topic discussion. Why can't you guys do that with TDKR? Its just one movie.

Anyway back to X2. Pretty sucky huh?

Conniption fits? "You and Nam are just as bad". :lol

I don't know about Nam, but that doesn't really apply to me. If it does, well, pot, kettle, black.

I've never mentioned TDKR in a thread out of no where and I don't constantly seek out conflict about it. So don't put that on me. I've stayed out of the actual TDKR thread for months now after I was criticized about it. The movies over, it's done. Even now people mention me and try to bring me back in even though I cut the crap and exclude myself from the whole thing. The only place I make fun of it or troll it is in the Bane figure thread, but that's good fun and mostly about the character. I haven't said **** about it in this X-Men thread or any others, even when I see the usual members bringing it up constantly. I guess Nam brought it up this time? Well I didn't, soooo, I dunno. Not even sure how Hathaway came into it, I just posted what I knew then moved on.

The most recent time I've talked about it was in the Skyfall thread, as did nearly every member that comes around this section of the boards, including yourself. Everyone in there pretty much agreed that the talk of Nolan and Batman in there was obnoxious and ridiculous, not just one or two people (you're saying it was just Nam and me? That we kept the steam in there going? :lol). In fact, I might have had two or three posts about it in there and I seem to recall you having some remarks about how ridiculous it was in there as well. So I don't know if you're trying to just dig at me (like you admit to doing to most members, like Kara most recently) or if you're being an actual hypocrite. Or hell, maybe just having a good bit of fun like I tend to do. Not all trolls are bad.

Whatever the case maybe, I wouldn't say I'm "just as bad" as anyone, anywhere in here. We all come off as losers, some more than others. It's a common criticism that talk of TDKR or Nolan is found in most threads here, even if I didn't chime in it would still go on. In fact, it does.

Also, the reason people ignore your Star Wars crap and the insane analogous posts you make is because, well, it's old hat. You do it in almost all your posts. It's easy to ignore because it's so frequent and low-key, and harmless. While they're equally obnoxious and not really harmful, they're just so off hand and common, and from one individual (yourself) that it's easy to ignore. It's quite tame.

Love him or hate him, we all know what Nam is about. Same with you, same with me. To imply that "I'm just as extreme" when I don't even have the same style or frequent the same threads as Nam is shortsighted and ridiculous. We all contribute to this crap and fuel the fire with our posts, opinions and style of posting, be it random "lolz", Nolan crap, Star Wars crap, Batman crap, Spider-Man crap or whatever.

One of da main reasons I hang out here is to read DiFabio posts. :yess:

And da craziness of geeks battling geeks over movies. :lol

The back and forth battles are even better than the movies themselves. :lol

May DiFabio's chonies live long and prosper. :lol

Just give it up Frank. You can't even post a "let's all agree to agree" about a beautiful woman without Nam being able to resist his overriding compulsion to steer the discussion back to his favorite topic: male homosexuality.

We all have umpteen movies we gush about; the SW OT, LOTR, Terminator, the Avengers, even me with Prometheus. But just watch how in damn near every thread Nam has to find a way to be the first to bring up his favorite two obsessions, TDKR and male homosexuality. I'm serious. Make a note to keep an eye on what people are talking about and what Nam "contributes" to the discussions from here on out.

Nonsense, I don't even post in the Prometheus thread. :lol

No, you troll Star Wars a hell of a lot. I'm surprised it hasn't come up more here. The difference is, nobody gives you **** because of the double standards regarding moderators. :lol

Oh Man, thought all you guys were friends and it was just light ribbing.

I mean I may not prefer Nolan when it comes to Bats, but I'll admit I'm kind of over Batman movies in general. No biggie. But if someone puts out a glorious GIF of a well formed female, no matter the film, we as a community should be able raise our voices magnanimously.

Look all I'm gonna say is

Dat Ass!

Peace on Earth. :peace

Nam and Difab are pretty cool guys from my experience here. Nam can be abrasive at times and I don't agree with a lot of his opinions, but I think we get along just fine and any other member can do the same if they don't get all huffy and puffy. Difabio's pretty respectful and seems to be just having some laughs when he pokes fun at movies.

Boba Ben has spoken. Continue with X-Men thread craziness.

P.S. - X-Men 2 was fantastic and I find Anne Hathaway to be pretty attractive. Looking forward to Kitty Pryde in Days of Future Past.

...But if someone puts out a glorious GIF of a well formed female, no matter the film, we as a community should be able raise our voices magnanimously....

You would think. Last time I posted a slightly checky GIF of a girl the thread owner got all mad "this thread is for kitties and puppies!". Whatever. She had a kitty.

Additionally, I'd like them to recast Kitty Pryde although they probably won't. I don't have anything against Juno, but I'd prefer someone else.

She's on my list as well. Top 5 for sure.

She's not the hottest, but I like Melia Hadlock in For Your Eyes Only. She was pretty cool.

And Dr. Goodhead's voice.....mmm.
