Dam I am getting hyped and why do I get the feeling that
Magnet to will try and take control of the Sentinels you see Charles screaming when will he ever learn . Don't the Sentinals start with the mutants and then turn on the humans I take it the same thing happens here.

And man I can not wait to see X men Apocalypse its like the humans worst fears the mutants have taken over

"I met with Lauren Shuler Donner," revealed Channing Tatum to MTV (via Slash Film) "And I would love it. Gambit is really the only X-Man I’ve ever loved. I mean I’ve loved them all, they’re all great, but I guess from being down south – my dad’s from Louisiana, I’m from Mississippi, Alabama, Florida – I don’t know. I just related to him. He’s just kind of suave… He’s the most un X-Men X-Man that’s ever been in X-Men. Other than maybe Wolverine, who’s like the anti-hero. He’s a thief. He’s not even a hero. He’s kind of walking the line of grey…He loves women and drinking and smoking and stuff so he’s just a cool guy who happens to have a moral center….I hope it [comes together]. You never know it’s a weird industry. If the stars align, I would die to play it. I’m already working on the accent. It’s crappy at the moment." Lauren Shuler Donner, producer on all the X-Men movies, has expressed interest in doing a Gambit movie wth Channing Tatum in the title role. So it's no huge surprise or major deal that the Magic Mike actor has met with the producer. However, X-Men: Days of Future Past director Bryan Singer has expressed interest in using Gambit in the 2016 sequel X-Men: Apocalypse. What do you think?

Most of you probably won’t be happy about this, but the fact he keeps emphasizing on the accent makes me a bit optimistic.

I always thought he would make a perfect Eddie Brock for Webb’s universe.

I hate to say it, but bringing in Channing Tatum as Gambit might not be a bad idea.

Not because he's "right" for the part. In fact, my pick is Josh Holloway from LOST.

But Tatum is a draw and sells tickets, given that the studios will look at it from the profit stand-point, Tatum will draw to the theater as Gambit. He might not do too bad either, he has the personality for it..

I'm pretty sure the X-men movies already do fine in theaters though, there's no need to bring in that awful "actor" just to boost ticket sales.

I think Josh Holloway is too old now, and I suspect if Gambit is in X-Men Apocalypse, that their going for a younger early twenties Gambit.

make it happen, he's already sporting the hair

I would rather have an unknown for Gambit.

And the one thing we can all agree on is that Singer will put Gambit in an all black costume.

I don’t think so :lol

People forget that there isn’t a single black suit in the past timeline, and thats where a majority of the movie is taking place. Even the Sentinel Mark I are the same colors as they were in the comics.

That inspires even less confidence. Cause that means he may turn Gambit into the Quicksilver of the 80's. He'll be a huge Michael Jackson fan, and wear the one glove and the Beat It jacket. I can see it now!

Yeah, I think Holloway is way too old now too.

I don't particularly hate Channing Tatum... I just don't think he would be a good Gambit. If he gets cast, I hope he can prove me wrong.

I would prefer them bring back Taylor Kitsch to keep some sort of continuity and since he wasn't bad in the role. But it looks like his appearance will be retconned completely since the timelines wouldn't add up. :lol Fox just needs to ****ing reboot this thing, which is what I was hoping for when they did First Class. :lol

7 minutes the trailer will be shown on Conan's late night show.
