Re: Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past

No. That would be Fox. They just HAD to get it out before Returns...which is just stupid. They rushed the production, and brought in the most generic studio for hire guy they possibly could.

Fox could've easily moved on, and made a film that was good. But they got *****y, and turned out ****.

Why would they wait for Singer to go off and ruin Superman while he/they already developed X3 before he jumped shipped. That's all on Singer. Fox just didn't want their time and investment wasted.

Re: Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past

No. Fox wanted the film to be out BEFORE Returns. They didn't move on, they wanted to spite Singer. They didn't care about making a good movie.

Fox didn't have to wait. But they didn't have to rush it.

Re: Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past

I haven't seen X3 in years, but i feel like watching to see if it's really as bad as it's reputation or if people just saw it once and joined the hate bandwagon.

Re: Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past

No, it's pretty terrible. I watched it a year or two ago for the same reason, and could hardly get through it.

I need to watch Origins and the first X-men again. Haven't seen the first X-men in what seems like a decade.

Re: Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past

I watched the first X-Men a few months ago and really enjoyed it. X2 and FC are the best if the X-Men franchise but X1 i'd call 'good'

Re: Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past

First x-men has got some really great parts, mostly good though.

Definately worth owning.

X2 is great, all of it.

X3, well, the least said about it. :lol

But I did like the last battle with Wolverine and his demon girlfriend. :lol

Re: Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past

X1 has enough decent material to make it watchable, but it's very flawed. X2 was very good and X3 was crap.

The Wolverine movie had big problems but it was better than X3, still it was cable TV stuff and not worth the price of a ticket.

I didn't bother with X:FC until it hit video and was suprised at how good it was.

Re: Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past

You were doing good until you said Origins was better than X3. :lol

For me it's actually the opposite.

Re: Bryan Singer's X-Men: Days of Future Past

Looks like Gandalf Magneto is gonna have the short hair. Wonder if the Fass Magneto will have the same buzzed look.
