6/10 for me. Would have been better off it had nothing to do with any of the 3 X-men film and origins.

It didnt have anything to do with x3 or wolverine origins

And its seperate enough from the others that stands alone.

yeah, I always thought of it as a reboot. It doesn't go well with X3 considering Xavier was walking as an old man and bald head to Jean's house in the beginning and that's not how it is in First Class.

Everyone involved pretty much said it treats X3 and Wolverine as if they didn't exist. Charles and Erik finding Wolverine in a bar in Canada in the early 1960s kind of negates the whole Wolverine being a military man until after WWII.

I wish that those movies didn't exist. Those two movies were horrible imo.

Absolutely. While Wolverine is and X3 are guilty pleasures I'd much rather not consider them in the continuity.

I agree with this point but for some reason I still enjoy X3 and Wolverine. Don't love them, but don't despise them.

Technically it does since x3 is part or 1 and 2. That's reality. But even if u take out x3 and origins, it still contradicts with things that happened in X1 and X2

Lol. But I'm also talking about X1&X2. As much as I try to suppress my memory Of X3, I just can't forget it. It was like I've been molested. I remember leaving the theater feeling ashamed of myself avoiding eye contact.

WOW XMen First Class a lot better than I thought it would be. Very good movie.

I really enjoyed First Class. As someone who's never followed the comics and only seen the X-Men films, it gave me a whole lot more appreciation for characters like Magneto and Mystique.

Are they going to produce any sequel's from this film? I'd love it if they started X-Men all over again and we could meet some of the later X-Men when they were just starting out. Seeing as they aren't going to follow on from X3, they may as well start over again and perhaps change somethings that people didn't like.
