X-Men Origins: Wolverine game

playing this game for abit now, and Ive had a small portion of the level glitch up, so when you were near it it looked like a big triangle hole in the ground going from one wall to the other. Wolverine glitched after getting thrown into a wall and started up in a walking motion after coming off, and was stuck like that until i restarted. While restarting the game it froze up on me. But other then that its been pretty good.

what are you playing on? Im on the PS3 and I get that as well. Also get a Streaming message every so often.

Xbox 360, and I get the streaming messages too.

Never had those problems with other Unreal 3 Engine powered games.

I get the streaming messages too. Also sometimes the cutscenes will slow down or skip.

But none of this takes away from the awesome gameplay!

the "streaming..." message is a not-so-clever way of saying "loading...". it's just loading the environment.
and the pc version has no slowdown if you have good hardware.

I enjoyed the movie but this is how I wish Logan was portrayed in origins

yeaa ! I wish he was like this in the movie too.

What's cool is the game plays like an R-rated Wolverine movie - something you will never, ever see. It's great when creators take advantage of different media to actually give the fans something new. They knew they weren't going to be breaking any new ground with the game so they just made it as fun and over the top as possible.
Cheers to that.

i actually like fighting the bigger enemies because the regular soldiers aren't much of a threat in the game. not even in hard mode.
also, both of the sabretooth fights were disappointingly easy.

Yeah! And there is a achievement for it too! Called "Found- You found a mysterious Hatch"

Being a HUGE LOST fan, that first level I made sure I combed every part of the level, I wanted to find that so bad. It's a nice Easter egg the developers threw in there.

I found the hatch, too. I tried to swing the cam around to see if it had the numbers on it. I didn't realize the achievement was called Found. This and Catwoman's mug shot numbers are the two best LOST ref.s I've seen.

I missed it myself, it was in the Frozen Tundra outside of Akali Lake. I could see why I missed it, the terrain can be confusing in that level.

I am putting its exact location in spoiler tags, as some like to find these things on their own:

You feel cold as you examine the skeleton and read the name "Arthas" etched into the nearby sword

This one can be found in level 2: The Frozen Tundra, checkpoint What I Do Isn't Very Nice. After you defeat the two W.E.N.D.I.G.0 Prototypes and got into the forest again Nord will start talking to you. After he finished you will have to climb up two short ledges close together. After climbing up the second ledge, there is a fallen tree leading of to the right. Walk over the tree into the cave with the skeleton and sword. Look at the sword to unlock the achievement.

haven't found anything yet, but plan on replaying it on the hard difficulty and finding them. this game absolutely rocks!!! just plain awesome when you start hacking away and watch the bits flop around. this game is nothing special...but the best thing is that it doesn't really try to be.

Just beat the game and although it was good the ending felt pretty rushed. Liked the ending of the movie better. BUT I did like the ending fmv though, that was pretty nice (past the movie story fmv).

wow ! that was on hell of a game.
I give it a 9/10 so addicting !
This is the first game I feel like playing again to unlock all the achivements.
once you master the moves (very easy to do) you feel like you are wolverine.

LOVE the quick kills and trowing guys into spikes and brutal kills.
The sentinel fight was awsome.
I was laughing so hard when i put the guy on the cement mixer and he was spining dead in it.
so funny !
loved the part when you are chasing it in the air and all the debris is breaking of him.
FANTASTIC !
I always said they should have sentinels in the movies.
It was cool unlocking the classics suits but it is kind of funny seeing him walking arround in yellow tights.
lol!
I rented this game but I think I am going to buy it.
There was a couple of bugs on the game but nothing that overshadows how awsome the gameplay is.

I wish the movie would have being exact to this game.
Show's how deadly Wolverine really is.

Rent or buy guys !
A must have.
I am going to replay to get all the achivements.
