I certainly wouldn't drop the $$$ XM is asking for this on the lineup they're giving us. The only X-character I like in this dio is Colossus.

Wow....my interest in this statue went from very high to zero. I was expecting gambit, rogue and nightcrawler to be a part of it. Seeing this picture made me backtrack and read through the thread.(I admit I didn't read through the whole thing initially)

Man, what a let down.

I'll still put some $$ aside....just in case...

After seeing this latest preview, this is the least excitement I have for this. Hopefully the photos in person will bring it back up but I don't know. The shifting of the characters bothers me as well.

The change in characters since they first announced this project quite a long time ago is disappointing (it even went to the point that this project disappeared so I guess I'm grateful it even came back at all), but the core X-Men team would have been 1000% better. I'd keep Colossus there but you can't call it an X-men dio without a Wolverine or Cyclops!

While I'm definitely in for this one, I really hope there is still the hinted at "A" version with Cyclops, Jean, Storm, Wolverine, Rogue and Gambit, as well as a couple of change-outs like Nightcrawler, Iceman, Professor X and Magneto. XM could conceivably lose the idea of a second sentinel to lower the price, but I'm fine either way.

If we follow the Fox cartoon series she technically fought one (not sure how effective fireworks at a Sentinel are) in the mall where Storm and Rogue had to save her.

Well, neither did Phoenix but XM didn't have an issue putting Sentinel wreckage at her feet on their 1/4 Phoenix statue.

The desk that I'm sitting at is 58"L x 32"W x 30"H and it's a big chunk of furniture. This thing uses up almost 75% more space than the desk.

Not many "A-list X-Men" you mean? I know Marvel had a big change to it but I would have wanted Wolverine, obviously, Cyclops and Rogue.
