Does anyone know when this is scheduled to be shipped? Need to plan out my finances with all the XM coming in.

The only statue that hasn't shipped yet that is before Boba Fett on the list is Witch Blade.... On their site they're saying Q2 2017, so that would be April - June....

Dang the XM vader with young anakin, anakin and vader has no news since they got preorders in stgcc 2016.

Anyone has any news on that?

Boba fett at least has a ship date already for Q2 2017

It's selling about as much as you'd expect since they can't sell to the Western hemisphere.

It came out after SS already had release their new Boba Fett PF statue so I think that took some of the steam out of the sales... I believe the ES is 999 on it...

The pouch size looks a lot better. Also glad to see them go back to all sculpted instead of "cloth" braids, XM just does full-sculpted so well.

I wanted to love this, and I give XM credit for trying an aggressive dynamic pose, but this just isn't working IMO. That smoke effect is terrible

Yeah, it doesn't look like smoke at all, it looks like some sort of flame suppression foam.

I don't think smoke can really be sculpted well on any statue. I had the last Sideshow Spider-Man Statue and sold it cause I thought the smoke explosion looked like baked muffins.

The level of detail of the weathering on the chest armor and helmet is also really, really low. Worse than the Sideshow PF from 10 years ago.

I agree with this. The best smoke I've seen on a statue is Mysterio because they used opaque resin. That said, I've seen this Boba in person and still really liked it. It's incredibly dynamic.

I like that they went with sculpted braids. It fixed the problem with the synthetic hairs just hanging down despite the very dynamic posture of the piece.
The scale of the belt pouches are so much better as well.

Just that shaving cream that I can't get use to.

Yes, it's still rough, but it appears to be the best attempt at sculpting and painting smoke.
I think I need to see it in person too. I want to like this one.

Well, if the smoke bothers you in pictures it probably would in person too. It does look better, but not dramatically different or anything. For me the whole thing is just so dynamic and eye catching that my eyes aren't drawn to the smoke. But I'm personally not really bothered by it anyway. If it's still on display at this years STGCC it should be the final production piece, so I can take a good video of it and give you my thoughts. It's a shame it's so difficult to find ways to see these in person before buying them. I feel really lucky to have the opportunity to attend STGCC otherwise I wouldn't have any opportunity to see them either.

in my view, the sum makes up for issues with its parts.

But the lack of an edition size (still !) tells me this is not selling as great as they hoped.
